Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction programs, oversee P&L, and drive client satisfaction. You will coordinate with branch managers, executives, and field leadership to define strategies that protect margins and deliver value across complex portfolios.

You will mentor project teams, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is required or equivalent.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale electrical construction or service projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and margins across programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex electrical projects or programs to meet contract, schedule, and budget goals.
• Own P&L performance, develop budgets, forecasts, and implement cost controls.
• Develop execution strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Serve as executive-level client liaison, maintaining relationships and identifying growth.
• Lead contract strategy, change orders, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
• Mentor Project Managers and nurture organizational project management capabilities.
