Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Texas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction programs, ensuring successful delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction. You will mentor Project Managers, coordinate with field operations, engineering, BIM, and service teams, and drive risk management and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of electrical construction, service operations, and project execution across multiple project types.
• Ability to adapt project management approach to different delivery models (lump sum, service work, negotiated work, mission critical).
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
• Advanced understanding of contract administration, risk allocation, and change management.
• Ability to independently interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Leadership and coordination across field teams, service teams, and subcontractors.
• Effective client management and communication across varied project environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L, including budget development, forecasting, margin optimization, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement project strategies across workstreams, including sequencing, logistics, staffing, and resource planning.
• Serve as primary executive-level contact for clients, general contractors, and stakeholders; build long-term client relationships.
• Lead contract strategy and administration, including negotiation and change order resolution.
• Drive financial performance and cost control strategies to protect margins.
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment, subcontractors, and vendors including long-lead items.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and teams; mentor talent and strengthen organizational capability.
• Coordinate across field leadership, engineering, BIM, prefabrication, service, and support functions.
• Identify and manage enterprise-level risks and report on performance and risks to executives.
• Support business development through client retention and pursuit activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all projects.
