Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-value electrical construction projects. You will be accountable for performance, budgets, contracts, and client satisfaction across portfolios.

Operating within the Project Team under Operations, you will mentor PMs, partner with Branch Managers and executives, and drive strategies to maintain margins, safety, and quality while expanding key client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; demonstrated progression toward PMP acceptable.
• Experience leading large-scale electrical construction projects or multi-phase programs.
• Mentoring Project Managers and developing organizational PM capabilities.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex electrical projects or multiple programs, ensuring alignment with schedules and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project/portfolio P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Develop and implement project strategies across multiple workstreams; coordinate with field, engineering, BIM, and procurement teams.
• Serve as executive-level client liaison; build long-term relationships and manage expectations.
• Lead contract strategy, change orders, risk evaluation, and dispute resolution.
• Drive productivity, cost control, and risk mitigation to protect schedule and margin.
• Oversee procurement for major equipment and long-lead items; ensure vendor performance.
• Mentor Project Managers and support career development within the PM group.
