Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA/Engineering/Construction Management) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex electrical construction projects.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L performance.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as primary executive contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead contract strategy, risk evaluation, and change management.
• Drive financial performance and cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment and vendors.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
