Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction initiatives, owning P&L, schedules, and client outcomes. You will partner with Branch Managers, Project Executives, and field leadership to drive margin performance and client retention across portfolios.

The role requires a proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams, negotiating complex contracts, and delivering on time and within budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction, service operations, or related project-based environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects from initiation through closeout.
• Accountability for project financial performance including budget development, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Experience managing multi-phase work, accelerated schedules, or highly coordinated environments (mission critical, industrial, or large commercial).
• Proven ability to lead contract strategy and administration, including negotiation, change order management, and resolution of complex project issues.
• Demonstrated success managing executive-level client relationships, including communication and long-term account development.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or programs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and financial objectives
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L performance, including budget development, forecasting, margin optimization, and financial risk management
• Develop and implement project and program-level execution strategies across multiple workstreams
• Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for clients, general contractors, and key stakeholders; build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Lead contract strategy and administration, including negotiation, risk evaluation, and resolution of complex change orders, claims, and disputes
• Drive financial performance and cost control strategies, including productivity improvement and margin protection
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment, subcontractors, and vendors, including long-lead items
• Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers and teams; mentor and develop talent
• Lead coordination across field leadership, engineering, BIM, prefabrication, service, and support functions
• Identify and proactively manage enterprise-level risks across projects and portfolios
• Lead executive-level reporting on project performance, including status, financials, risks, and strategic considerations
• Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to client retention and expansion strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all projects
• Oversee final project closeout, commissioning, and turnover processes
