Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex electrical construction projects, with full accountability for performance, contracts, and client satisfaction.

You will partner with Branch Managers and field leadership to develop strategies ensuring margin, safety, and on-time delivery; mentor project managers and coordinate across engineering, BIM, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• PMP certification preferred; PM leadership experience required.
• Strong financial, contract, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex electrical projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.
• Own and manage project P&L, including forecasting and margin optimization.
• Develop execution strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and oversee contract strategy.
• Drive cost control, procurement, and risk management.
• Mentor Project Managers and coordinate with field operations, engineering, BIM, and service teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting on performance and risks.
• Support business development through client retention and pursuits.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Oversee project closeout and turnover to clients.
