• Advanced knowledge of electrical construction and project execution.
• Experience managing high-value, multi-phase projects.
• Strong financial forecasting and margin optimization skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex electrical projects ensuring contract alignment.
• Own project P&L, budgets, forecasts and risk management.
• Develop execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as executive-level contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead contract strategy and change management.
• Drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor Project Managers and coordinate with field, engineering, BIM, and service teams.
