Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction programs, drive margin performance, and manage executive-level client relationships. The role requires mentoring project teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will coordinate across field operations, engineering, BIM, and service teams, while owning contract strategy and risk mitigation for multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in electrical construction or related projects.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, high-value projects.
• Experience with multi-phase, complex environments.
• Strong client relationship management and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment.
• Own P&L, forecasting, margin optimization and risk management.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across workstreams.
• Serve as executive-level client liaison and relationship builder.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop organizational capability.
