Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in Texas. You will own project strategy, budgets, and client relationships while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, and margin targets.

You will mentor Project Managers and collaborate with Branch Managers, Project Executives, and field leadership to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction across complex portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
• OSHA 30 Certification required or obtainable within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex electrical construction projects and portfolios.
• Own and manage project P&L, budgets, forecasts, and margin optimization.
• Serve as primary executive-level contact for clients and stakeholders; build long-term relationships.
