The successful candidate will drive project strategies, ensure financial performance, and lead cross-functional teams for operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required, along with significant experience in electrical construction.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction.
• Experience leading large-scale projects from initiation through closeout.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex projects ensuring alignment with contract requirements.
• Manage project financial performance including P&L.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
