Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large, high-value electrical construction initiatives with accountability for schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction. You will drive strategy across multi-disciplinary teams and maintain executive-level relationships.

You will mentor Project Managers and coordinate with field leadership, engineering, BIM, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and enterprise-wide margin growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred; progression toward PMP acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or multiple concurrent projects/programs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L performance, including budget development, forecasting, margin optimization, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement project and program-level execution strategies, including sequencing, logistics, staffing, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for clients, general contractors, and key stakeholders; build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Lead contract strategy and administration, including negotiation, risk evaluation, and resolution of complex change orders, claims, and disputes.
