The role requires managing multiple projects, developing constructible solutions, and maintaining QA/QC programs, with travel up to 50% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related construction mgmt experience.
• 7+ years turnkey construction management preferred.
• Travel willingness up to 50% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with engineering, design teams, and customers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and logs.
• Oversee QA/QC programs and as-built documentation.
• Manage change requests and contingency planning.
• Coordinate with site teams for compliance and risk management.
• Support environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Drive contractor performance and field efficiencies.
