Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical to lead turnkey electrical construction projects and oversee field execution across designated regions. Candidates must reside in the U.S.

and be willing to travel up to 75% to support project activities. The role emphasizes hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience, with strong preference for related leadership backgrounds and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years electrical construction or related experience, or equivalent combinations.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Current driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Knowledge of safety and QA/QC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning, closeout, and client turnover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation strategies, and subcontractor performance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver constructible, cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee construction safety, quality, and compliance programs, including QA/QC, JSA development, lockout/tagout, confined space procedures, documentation control, and progress reporting.
