Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, budget, and collaborative delivery with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

The position offers a salary range of $97,000–$156,000 annually, with premium overtime pay, travel per diem, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 7+ years turnkey construction management experience, or Associate degree with 9+ years, or 12+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship; valid driver's license.
• Experience with safety programs, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and construction document control processes.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action item logs.
