Eaton is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule, and budget while partnering with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

Salary ranges from $97,000 to $156,000 per year, with eligibility for premium overtime pay, travel per diem, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum turnkey construction management experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects including power distribution, microgrid, and renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, subcontracts, and construction document control processes.
• Ability to manage scope, evaluate change requests, and implement contingency plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, customers and subcontractors to deliver projects.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and coordinate large-scale subcontractor activities.
• Support QA/QC programs, as-built documentation, punch lists, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and regulatory requirements.
