Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical. The role leads field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget while collaborating with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

Candidates must reside in WA/OR/CA/UT/AZ/CO and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years turnkey construction management experience; OR
• Associate degree with 9+ years turnkey construction management experience; OR
• 12+ years of turnkey construction management experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects including power distribution, microgrid, and renewable energy.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget; coordinate with engineering, customers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs across multiple projects.
• Manage change requests and contingency planning to mitigate risks.
• Ensure QA/QC programs, as-built docs, punch lists, and progress reporting are maintained.
• Enforce compliance with safety programs and regulatory requirements.
