Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects, including power distribution, microgrid, and renewable energy systems across the region.

You will own safety performance, quality, schedule, and budget, coordinate with engineering, customers, and subcontractors, and drive constructible solutions while maintaining QA/QC programs and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of turnkey construction management experience or nine years with an associate degree.
• Experience managing multi-trade electrical infrastructure projects and QA/QC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects from pre-construction to commissioning and turnover.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering, customers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action item logs.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure adherence to safety and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop constructible solutions and improve productivity.
• Manage cost and subcontractor financial administration and effective risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain QA/QC programs, as-built documentation, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, JSA, and regulatory requirements.
