Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division seeks a Construction Manager - Electrical to lead turnkey electrical construction projects in multiple regions. This role requires hands-on electrical experience and the ability to travel up to 75% to support project activities.

Strong candidates will have journeyman/master electrician backgrounds and familiarity with microgrids and advanced power systems. Premium OT, per diem, and a company vehicle are offered with this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience; or an associate degree with 7+ years; or 10+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and risks across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with design/field teams to deliver cost-effective, constructible solutions.
