Job summary
Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical to support electrical construction projects and oversee field execution activities across the Northeast and Central regions. Candidates must reside in listed states and be willing to travel up to 75% to support project and construction activities.
Strong preference for hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required (ABET preferred).
- Associate degree with 7+ years of electrical construction/field experience.
- 10+ years of electrical construction/field experience in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning, closeout, and turnover.
- Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation, and subcontractor performance across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams for constructible, cost-effective solutions and drive productivity.
