Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical to lead electrical construction projects and oversee field execution across the Northeast and Central regions. Candidates must reside in approved states and be willing to travel up to 75%.

Strong preference for hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience.

Qualifications

Hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience required or strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of electrical construction/field experience, or equivalent.
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of electrical construction/field experience accepted.

Responsibilities

Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning, closeout, and client turnover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.
Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation, and subcontractor performance across multiple concurrent projects.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver constructible, cost-effective solutions while driving productivity and project success.
Oversee construction safety, quality, and compliance programs, including QA/QC, JSA, lockout/tagout, confined space procedures, documentation control, and progress reporting.
