Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region, including power distribution, microgrid and renewable energy systems. Candidates must reside in Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Arizona, or Colorado and be able to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years turnkey construction mgmt.
• Associate degree plus 9+ years turnkey construction mgmt.
• Twelve+ years turnkey construction mgmt in lieu of degree.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Compliance with Eaton safety program and QEW re-certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, budget and client turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, customers and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and QA/QC programs.
