Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical projects across the region. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client turnover while coordinating with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

This role requires travel up to 50% within WA/OR/CA/UT/AZ/CO, with a strong focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant construction mgmt experience.
• Experience leading turnkey electrical/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of safety programs and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and change requests to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, customers, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
