Job summary

CGS is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring compliant data processing and timely delivery of productions per ESI specs. You will coordinate a team of eDiscovery professionals, interface with attorneys, and oversee QC and reporting.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics certification and a strong understanding of EDRM processes. A senior management background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• At least eight years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, and data analysis.
• At least five years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge and certifications of document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion and develop processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI standards and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to the case attorney when issues are found.
• Keep client informed on Lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals including scheduling, assignments, progress reports, and QC.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
