CGS invites applications for the Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager position in Baltimore. You will lead a client-site eDiscovery lab team, manage data processing services, ensure productions meet ESI specifications, and provide detailed notices of deficiencies to the case attorney.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA certification preferred, 8+ years in eDiscovery, and 5+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• At least eight years of experience performing eDiscovery roles including electronic files processing, image and data file conversion, culling using review tools, QA, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis and review.
• At least five years of experience at the management/supervisory level.
• Requires thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge and certifications of document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field; waiver only with Contracting Officer.

Responsabilités

• Lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks; analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches.
• Consult with attorneys on ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as required.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and provide detailed deficiencies notices.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resources.
• Provide webhosting support for labs as needed.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals at a client-site lab; schedule, assess requirements, assign work, track deadlines, and QC deliverables.
• Advise client attorneys and case managers on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
