Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring high-quality processing of electronic data in accordance with ESI specifications. The role demands strong Relativity experience and leadership to coordinate a team of eDiscovery professionals and interface with attorneys and client agencies.

The ideal candidate will oversee scheduling, progress reporting, and QC, while guiding staff across Data Collection, Processing, Hosting,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in computer science or related field.
• Extensive Relativity experience required; RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications preferred.
• At least eight years in eDiscovery roles including processing, data conversion, culling, QA, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and adherence to ESI specifications.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for ESI and coordinate with co-counsel and client agencies when needed.
• Inform clients about lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, assign work, monitor deadlines, and QC deliverables.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
