Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab. The role oversees data processing services, ensures adherence to ESI specifications, and provides detailed deficiency notices to attorneys.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, RCA certification, and 8+ years in eDiscovery with leadership experience, plus a foundational undergraduate CS-like degree.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist preferred.
• At least eight years in eDiscovery roles incl. processing, data conversion, culling, QA, loads, and review.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services per ESI specs.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks; develop processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys on ESI best practices and partake in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Keep client informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, schedule work, and ensure deadlines.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
