Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, overseeing data processing delivery and ensuring productions meet ESI specs. You will coordinate with attorneys, manage a team, and communicate deadlines and challenges to clients.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics preferences, and 8+ years in eDiscovery with 5+ years in management. A CS-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications RCA and/or Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles with processing, conversion, culling, QA, data loads and analysis.
• Five+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document review tools such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar.
• Undergraduate degree required; waiver possible only with Contracting Officer approval.
• Ideally familiar with LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office and LiveNote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lab data processing services delivery.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks and develop processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys on ESI specifications and participate in related teleconferences.
• Provide detailed deficiency notices to case attorneys when needed.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals with scheduling, assessments, and QC.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
