Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client‑site eDiscovery laboratory team, ensuring timely, accurate processing of electronic files and adherence to ESI specifications. You will guide attorneys and staff on EDRM workflows and oversee QC of all deliverables.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, supervisory background, and a strong grasp of EDRM processes, tools, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist preferred.
• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, data culling, QA, DB loads and retrieval.
• 5+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM.
• Experience with document review software (iConect, Relativity, Venio, etc.).
• Undergraduate degree required; waiver possible only with contracting officer approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion and develop processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys on best ESI practices and coordinate with co-counsel and client teams.
• Ensure productions conform to ESI specs and provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for labs managing unsupported cases.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals including scheduling, assessments, reports, and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
