Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead an on-site eDiscovery lab. You will oversee data processing across ESI specs, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while managing a team in a client-site environment.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics credentials preferred, and 8+ years in eDiscovery with 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity RCA and/or Analytics Specialist certifications strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles (processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads, retrieval, analysis).
• 5+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and the EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge of iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field; waiver requires contracting officer approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion; analyze and implement processing approaches per ESI specs.
• Consult attorneys on best practices for ESI specs; participate in conferences as needed.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specs; notify case attorneys of deficiencies.
• Keep client informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for labs handling unsupported cases.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals: scheduling, assignments, progress reports, QC.
• Advise on all phases of the EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
