Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the delivery of lab data processing services, ensuring productions comply with ESI specifications and informing the case attorney of any deficiencies.

You will supervise a client-site eDiscovery team, manage scheduling and QC, and advise attorneys on EDRM stages from data collection to production, utilizing Relativity, iConect, and Venio among other tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive eDiscovery experience with lab data processing and production delivery.
• Experience with ESI specifications and client communications.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field; waiver possible by CO.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and compliance with ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for ESI specifications.
• Provide detailed notice of deficiencies to case attorneys when found.
• Maintain client communications on lab activities, deadlines, and resources.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a client-site eDiscovery team: scheduling, work assignment, progress reports, and QC.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
