Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring timely, accurate data processing and productions compliant with ESI specifications. You will coordinate with attorneys, support staff, and co-counsel, and supervise a team to meet deadlines and quality controls.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, and knowledge of the EDRM workflow.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• At least 8 years in eDiscovery roles.
• At least 5 years in management/supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of the EDRM workflow and litigation discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify deficiencies.
• Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and co-counsel.
• Provide regular client status updates and resource planning.
