Job summary

CGS is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab and oversee data processing services in the Finance department. You will ensure timely, accurate delivery of productions per ESI specifications and communicate progress to the case attorneys.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, RCA Analytics certification preferred, and a background in managing teams across technical lab functions. A strong working knowledge of EDRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, data conversion, and QA.
• Five+ years in management or supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Relativity experience and certifications (RCA and/or Analytics Specialist) preferred.
• Experience with document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services and ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications; participate in conferences as needed.
• Inform clients about activities, deadlines, and resource availability for the lab.
• Provide webhosting support for labs handling unsupported cases.
• Manage a client-site eDiscovery lab team: scheduling, assessments, reporting, and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
