Job summary

CGS is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the client-site lab data processing team in delivering ESI services in accordance with specifications. You will coordinate with attorneys and staff, ensure timely delivery, and manage timelines and resources in a dynamic government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications RCA and/or Analytics Specialist preferred.
• At least eight years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loading/retrieval, and analysis.
• At least five years of experience in management/supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field required (waiver only by CO).

Responsibilities

• Lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion; analyze and implement processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices; participate in teleconferences with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specifications; provide detailed deficiencies notice to the case attorney.
• Keep the client informed on lab activities (deadlines, challenges, resource availability).
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals on client site: scheduling, assessments, assignment, reporting, and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
