Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the client-site eDiscovery lab, delivering data processing services and ensuring productions meet ESI specifications. You will manage a team, coordinate with attorneys, and keep clients informed on deadlines, challenges, and resource availability, while advising on EDRM phases.

Ideal candidates have extensive Relativity experience, RCA certifications preferred, and at least eight years in eDiscovery with leadership

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications such as RCA or Analytics preferred.
• Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, and review.
• At least five years in a management/supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge of document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field; waiver requires Contracting Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead manager responsible for delivering lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion and develop processing approaches per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices; participate in teleconferences.
• Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Keep the client informed on activities, deadlines, challenges, and resources.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a client-site eDiscovery team, schedule work, and ensure deadlines.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
