Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure compliance with ESI specifications. You will manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, coordinate with attorneys, and provide progress updates to clients in a client-site lab environment.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics certifications preferred, and strong knowledge of the EDRM workflow.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications strongly preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in eDiscovery roles including processing, imaging, data conversion, data culling, QA, and data review.
• At least five years in a management/supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field (waiver only by Contracting Officer).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks per ESI specifications.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices; participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specs and provide detailed deficiency notices.
• Keep the client informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resources.
• Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals on-site: scheduling, assessments, assignments, progress reporting, and QC.
• Advise on all EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
