Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, coordinating data processing, hosting, review, and production activities. You will ensure compliance with ESI specifications and provide clear status updates to attorneys.

You will drive best practices in data processing, QA, and tool usage across Relativity, iConect, Venio, and Concordance, while mentoring a team of eDiscovery professionals and coordinating with co-counsel

Qualifications

8+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, data culling, QA, loads and retrieval
5+ years in management/supervisory roles
Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM workflow
Working knowledge of document review tools such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of lab data processing services in CGS ALS Lab
Ensure timely and accurate task completion and adherence to ESI specifications
Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for ESI
Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys
Keep client informed on lab activities, deadlines and resources
Oversee webhosting support for cases managed by the lab
Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals including scheduling and QC
Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production
