Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring compliant data processing and timely production per ESI specs. You will oversee a team, coordinate with attorneys, and report progress and challenges to stakeholders.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics certifications preferred, and 8+ years in eDiscovery with 5+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications (RCA/Analytics) preferred.
• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads, retrieval, and review.
• 5+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Familiarity with document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely, accurate task completion and conform to ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys on best practices for ESI and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys.
• Keep client informed on Lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for labs.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, scheduling, assessments, deadlines, progress reports, and QC.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
