Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is a premier global IP law firm seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analyst for its remote-first team. You will guide preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI, using Relativity analytics and aiR tools to optimize data sets and ensure defensible workflows.

You will lead AI-assisted review initiatives, mentor analysts, and maintain documentation across ESI life cycle, collaborating with case teams and vendors while working in EST hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with significant working knowledge of document review technologies.
• Relativity Certified Administrator is required for the Senior level.
• Experience with AI-assisted review tools and generative AI.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, PowerShell, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams and client representatives on preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI.
• Develop and maintain documentation surrounding ESI analysis and review plans.
• Design, execute, and validate AI‑assisted review workflows using Relativity aiR suite.
• Mentor analysts on AI-assisted review and analytics tools for case teams.
• Process and review data from cloud and collaboration sources (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
