Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C., a premier IP law firm, seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analyst to lead ESI strategies in a remote-first Hub role. You will guide preservation, collection, and review using Relativity analytics and AI‑assisted tools, while mentoring teams and ensuring defendable workflows across cloud and collaboration data sources.

You will work across cases and vendors, staying current on AI developments, and supporting firm applications to deliver efficient, defensible discovery processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with document review tech experience.
• Relativity Certified Administrator is required for Senior level.
• Experience with Relativity aiR and AI‑related credentials is preferred as available.
• Background in eDiscovery vendor projects or processing/hosting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams on preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI.
• Use Relativity Analytics and CAL to reduce data sets.
• Design and validate AI‑assisted review workflows and prompts; document validation.
• Maintain ESI analysis documentation and reviewer metrics.
• Provide support for eDiscovery applications and data loading/processing.
