Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analyst for The Hub, our remote-first group. The role focuses on preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI, using Relativity Analytics and AI-assisted workflows.

Candidates should have 5+ years of eDiscovery experience, Relativity certifications, and strong client service skills. The position is remote-first with preferred focus regions in several US states, including IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Relativity Certified Administrator required for Senior level.
• Relativity Analytics Specialist and related AI credentials preferred as they become available.
• Vendor-side eDiscovery experience preferred (processing, hosting, or project management).
• Knowledge of ESI life cycle and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams on preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI.
• Use Relativity Analytics and CAL to reduce data set sizes.
• Develop plans to preserve, collect, process, review and produce ESI defensibly.
• Maintain documentation of ESI analysis and review plans.
