Fish & Richardson seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analyst to join The Hub, our remote-first group. You will advise case teams on preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI, and implement defensible AI-enabled workflows using Relativity analytics.

You must have 5+ years in litigation or investigations and Relativity certifications, with strong client service and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with working knowledge of document review technologies.
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification is required for senior level.
• Experience with AI-assisted review tools and analytics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consult case teams and client representatives on best practices for preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI.
• Utilize Relativity Analytics and AI-assisted review tools to reduce dataset size and improve review quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation of ESI analysis, reviewer statistics, and project metrics.
• Design and validate AI-assisted review workflows, including prompt drafting and validation protocols.
• Mentor analysts on AI-driven discovery and advise on best practices and defensibility of workflows.
• Coordinate data processing from cloud and collaboration sources (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams).
