Job summary

Fish & Richardson, a premier IP law firm, seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analyst for The Hub, a remote-first group. You will guide preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI using Relativity analytics and AI tools, while mentoring teams and vendors in defensible workflows.

The role requires at least 5 years in litigation or investigations with Relativity experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters with document review tech.
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification required for Senior level.
• Experience with Relativity analytics and AI review tools.
• Vendor-side eDiscovery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the ESI life cycle and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams and client representatives on preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI.
• Utilize Relativity Analytics and AI tools to reduce data sizes while maintaining defensibility.
• Develop and maintain documentation around ESI analysis and review plans.
• Design and execute AI-assisted review workflows using Relativity aiR suite and validate results.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on AI-assisted review and ensure defensibility of workflows.
