Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is hiring a Senior eDiscovery Analyst for its Hub remote-first team. The role focuses on guiding case teams in preserving, processing, reviewing, and producing ESI using Relativity analytics, advanced AI tools, and CAL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with document review tech knowledge.
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification is required for the Senior level.
• Relativity Analytics Specialist and Relativity Processing Specialist certifications are preferred.
• eDiscovery vendor‑side experience such as processing, hosting or vendor project management background is preferred.
• Understanding of the ESI life cycle and related industry standards.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skill set with excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks daily.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and/or PowerShell, Excel and regular expressions is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Relativity aiR suite (aiR for Review/Privilege) including prompt drafting/iteration and validation.
• Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and AI as applied to document review.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams and client representatives on best practices for ESI preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production.
• Use Relativity Analytics and CAL to reduce sizes of relevant data sets.
• Design and implement defensible plans to preserve, collect, process, review, and produce ESI.
• Develop and maintain documentation on ESI analysis and review plans.
• Maintain and support eDiscovery applications used by the firm.
• Design and create databases containing discovery data and ESI; troubleshoot and load data.
• Update and organize logs, reports, and project materials.
• Research and advise on AI/analytics tools and solutions for client support.
• Lead AI‑assisted review workflows and validate model outputs; document defensible protocols.
• Mentor analysts on generative AI tools and proper use and limitations.
