Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analyst to join The Hub, a remote-first group. The role emphasizes leading ESI preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production with Relativity analytics and aiR tools.

Applicants should have 5+ years in litigation, strong Relativity credentials (Administrator required for senior level) and proficiency with SQL, Python or PowerShell, and data privacy considerations; Eastern time hours are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with document review tech.
• Relativity Certified Administrator required for Senior level.
• Certifications in Relativity Analytics/Processing preferred; AI‑related credentials valued.
• Vendor‑side eDiscovery experience preferred (processing/hosting/project management).
• Knowledge of ESI life cycle and privacy considerations (PII/PHI).
• Strong communications skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams and clients on preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI.
• Use Relativity Analytics to shrink relevant data sets and improve efficiency.
• Plan and implement defensible ESI workflows with stakeholders.
• Document reviewer stats, responsiveness metrics, and error logs.
• Maintain and support eDiscovery applications and databases.
• Design and manage databases containing discovery data and ESI.
• Troubleshoot ESI, load data, and maintain logs and reports.
• Research AI tools and recommend solutions; stay current on tech trends.
• Mentor analysts on AI‑assisted review and governance considerations.
• Work with cloud sources (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams).
