Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analyst for its remote-first Hub. You will guide preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI for case teams while leveraging Relativity analytics and AI-powered workflows.

The role requires Relativity certifications and 5+ years of litigation experience; you will mentor analysts, design defensible workflows, and support cloud data sources in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with knowledge of document review technologies.
• Relativity Certifications required/preferred as applicable.
• Experience with eDiscovery vendor-side processing, hosting, or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams and clients on ESI preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production.
• Utilize Relativity Analytics and CAL to reduce data volumes.
• Design and validate AI-assisted review workflows and defensible validation protocols.
• Develop documentation on reviewer statistics, responsiveness metrics, and error logs.
