Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analyst for a remote-first hub focused on several U.S. states. You will guide teams on preservation, collection, processing, review and production of ESI using Relativity Analytics and aiR tools, with an emphasis on defensible methods.

You will develop analysis plans, maintain logs and metrics, and mentor others in AI-assisted review while staying current on AI, data privacy, and security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with document review tech.
• Relativity Certified Administrator required for Senior level.
• Experience with Relativity analytics, AI-assisted review, and vendor management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams and clients on ESI preservation, collection, processing, review and production.
• Utilize Relativity Analytics and CAL to reduce data size while maintaining defensibility.
• Develop and maintain ESI analysis plans and performance metrics.
• Design and validate AI-assisted review workflows and document validation protocols.
• Mentor analysts on AI tools and ensure data privacy and security.
