Zusammenfassung

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This fully remote role requires Agile Scrum experience to manage multiple items per sprint.

You will implement Call Center and IVR features, mentor peers, and apply Copilot Studio, IVR, and other AI tools within Dynamics. A PBGC Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR and modern Dynamics features.
• Experience with Call Center and IVR is required.
• Proficiency in C#, .Net, JavaScript, FetchXML.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and deployment plans.
• Detail-oriented with Dynamics/Portals knowledge.
• Support operations and troubleshooting in production.
• Able to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.
