GovCIO seeks an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment handling multiple items per sprint and collaborate with functional and testing teams while mentoring colleagues.

You will utilize Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and other AI features within Dynamics to advance call center and customer service capabilities. A PBGC Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• 5 years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Experience leading Dynamics Call Center / IVR implementations and Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and deployments.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration in Agile Scrum.
• Ability to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.
