GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires agile sprint experience and remote work within the United States.

Responsibilities include mentoring developers, collaborating with teams, and implementing AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service. A PBGC Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics functionality.
• C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML experience.
• Experience with SDLC documentation such as Design Documents and Implementation Plans.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence).
