Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 HRIS modules.
• Experience supporting HR processes integration with ERP environments.
• Strong ability to map HR requirements to system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 HRIS implementation activities including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Document business processes and translate HR requirements into system settings.
• Configure HR modules: employee management, organizational structures, benefits, leave, self-service, workflows.
• Support data migration, validation, and integration with payroll/finance systems.
• Create functional design docs, specs, and test scenarios; coordinate SIT and UAT.
• Assist with end-user training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
